    I will be speaking to the DFWSEO meetup group on September 9th discussing how residents of Dallas - Fort Worth find a new local business and how they interact with those local businesses. We'll journey through the impact new marketing platforms might have such as Google Now, Bing Trajectory ads, and Google's Local Carousel. We'll also discuss the impact of design elements, and get granular on a few verticals such as the Restaurant and Bar industry, Medical care, Retail and Shopping, etc..

This includes "mind hacking" tactics such as the Reddit Mind Hack which uses the communities inherent distrust to drive new links, paid social promotion, using current tech trends to drive link building, and content marketing powered by Pinterest, Facebook Graph Search, and Reddit. Using latest case studies performed by myself to highlight successful uses of these tactics.

    Facebook is growing to demand more and more data from business owners while giving less and less visibility to users in the newsfeed. The popular social media website stopped being a website a long-time ago and today exists as a machine that takes in data and outputs content and revenue. To gain access to this machine you must give it what it wants more than other competitors fighting for the limited space in the newsfeed.

    In this talk I examine ways that Facebook organic and paid solutions can be used together to achieve the maximum exposure to potential customers using limited advertising budgets. I also show how this can be used to help Facebook Ads and examine how large Fan Pages skirt the rules of Facebook to grow mammoth audiences.
